PRODUCT INFORMATION
Although most items offered are used, they should all be in good, usable condition. If any flaws exist, there is full disclosure. Flaw, stains and wear should be minimal and should be visible in photos if present, but should be noted in the description unless they are overlooked. Please accept the items as is since they are used.
Labeling information such as brand, size, fabric content and care will be provided when available. Since manufacturing sizes vary widely, I also include measurements of the garments. Please take these into consideration. If you would like additional information or photos, email me at [email protected] to let me know specifically what you would like. I will email you back with the URL or the photo/s.
PAYMENTS
At this time, PayPal is the only payment option. With PayPal, you are able to use MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover. Please submit your payment to PayPal within 2 days of purchase. Your order will be cancelled after that time without payment. After payment has cleared, you will receive an email the day your purchase is shipped with delivery confirmation or label numbers.
SHIPPING
You have the choice of selecting your preferred method of shipping among these choices:
USPS Parcel Post ground service (2-9 days or up to 14 postal business days)
USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat-Rate Box (2-3 days)
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days, 5 day max) takes priority over parcel post & first class, usually sent by air
USPS Priority Mail Small Flat-Rate Box (2-3 days)
If you are purchasing 2 or more items and would like a discounted combined shipping rate, please follow the instructions in the next section below. If there is a problem with your choice of shipping, I reserve the right to ship the most economical way.
SHIPPING DISCOUNT
If you wish to receive a shipping discount for purchasing 2 or more items using PayPal, you may do so by using one of these 2 methods:
METHOD 1:
1. Place your order for 2 or more items WITHOUT going through PayPal checkout.
2. Next, email me at [email protected] to ask for a combined shipping discount invoice. I will then send you a PayPal invoice that includes your discounted shipping.
3. You then need to pay the amount on the invoice through PayPal within 48 hours. The items will be placed on hold while waiting for your payment and will be placed back on sale after 48 hours if payment is not made.
OR METHOD 2:
1. If you prefer, you can make the full payment using PayPal and I will issue a partial refund, but you must email me at the time of purchase to take advantage of this discount.
2. Before checking out, please add all items to the shopping cart so that it is all on one invoice rather than checking out after each item. This way, you do not need to wait for a discounted shipping invoice. If you check out each item separately, the fees are greater and your discount is less.
EXPEDITED/OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
Items ship via Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Expedited/Overnight shipping is also available for an additional charge. If you are interested in receiving your package overnight:
1. Place your order WITHOUT going through PayPal checkout.
2. Next, email me at [email protected] to ask for an expedited/overnight shipping invoice. I will then send you a PayPal invoice that includes your shipping quote.
3. You then need to pay the amount on the invoice through PayPal within 48 hours. The items will be placed on hold while waiting for your payment and will be placed back on sale after 48 hours if payment is not made.
WARNING
Please pay attention to the buyer name when using combined discount shipping. You may unknowingly be purchasing from different stores and discount shipping may not apply.
When placing an order,
1. be sure to enter your correct address! If the wrong address is given to PayPal, you may not receive your purchase.
2. Box sizes most often used are Small Flat Rate box measuring 8 5/8" x 5 3/8" x 1 5/8" and the Medium Flat Rate box measuring 13 5/8" x 11 7/8" x 3 3/8". The size of the box you will receive obviously depends on what you order. If the size box you think you need won’t fit in your mail box, please make prior arrangements with your post office for your package to be delivered safely.
Undeliverable packages returned to us will need to be reshipped and repaid at your expense. If you decide not to have your item reshipped, a refund will be issued less PayPal, shipping and handling fees.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Your items will ship without insurance unless you:
1. Place your order WITHOUT going through PayPal checkout.
2. Then, email me at [email protected] to request an adjusted invoice reflecting the added insurance coverage. I will then send you a PayPal invoice that includes your insured shipping.
3. You then need to pay the amount on the invoice through PayPal within 48 hours. The items will be placed on hold while waiting for your payment and will be placed back on sale after 48 hours if payment is not made.
To give you an idea of the cost, as of 4/17/02 the shipping rates are as follows, but are subject to change at any time.
For items valued at $00.01 - $50.00, the insurance cost is $1.85.
For items valued at $50.01 - $100.00, the insurance cost is $2.35.
For items valued at $100.01 - $200.00, the insurance cost is $2.90.
SHIPPING TIME
After payment confirmation, orders ship within 2-3 business days, but usually within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, orders are usually received within 10 business days, but usually within 2-4 days. International orders may take a little longer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Although Bargain Hunt Experts is set up for domestic sales only, orders can be sent to other countries if you:
1. Place your order WITHOUT going through PayPal checkout.
2. Then, email me at [email protected] to request a shipping quote for the item/s you have selected. Please let me know if you would like insurance as well. I will then send you a PayPal invoice that includes your shipping fees.
3. You then need to pay the amount on the invoice through PayPal within 48 hours. The items will be placed on hold while waiting for your payment and will be placed back on sale after 48 hours if payment is not made.
If any additional fees are required such as import and custom taxes, it is the buyer who is responsible for this. When ordering 2 or more products, discounted shipping fees are allowed for international orders as well. Please include a request for shipping discount in your email. Note, international shipping may take longer than shipments within the US.
TRACKING
True tracking is not available with the shipping methods offered, USPS Parcel Post or USPS Priority Mail. However, label numbers are recorded prior to shipping, which makes it possible to verify delivery. Sometimes packages are scanned along the way, sometimes they are not. To be sure you have USPS Delivery Confirmation® Service, the fee is $.75. In order to obtain this, please follow these instructions:
1. Place your order WITHOUT going through PayPal checkout.
2. Next, email me at [email protected] to ask for a shipping invoice with tracking that includes the $.75 fee. I will then send you a PayPal invoice that includes your tracking shipping confirmation number.
3. You then need to pay the amount on the invoice through PayPal within 48 hours. The items will be placed on hold while waiting for your payment and will be placed back on sale after 48 hours if payment is not made.
You may also add additional security to your package with Signature Confirmation™ for an additional $2.55. Please follow the steps immediately above if you wish to purchase this.
You will receive an email containing your label or receipt number. You may track your package by entering your number on this web page:

• If the package appears delivered, be sure to search your mailbox, surrounding area and on porches, stoops, or shrubbery close to doors where the package may have been dropped off. Check with family members and neighbors in case the mail carrier left your package with them. Contact your local post office immediately if these options do not result in finding your package. The sooner you check with the post office, the more likely the postal carrier will remember what he did with your package. If you are unable to find your USPS-delivered package, Bargain Hunt Experts cannot be held responsible.
• If your package is “out for delivery” (except the day you are checking since it could still be delivered later in the day), follow the same steps.
• If USPS is expecting your package we have sent you an email that it has been shipped, your item/s is/are on the way.
Lost item reports may only be filed after 14 or more business days from the date the package was mailed and you know you have not received the package yet.
Bargain Hunt Experts is unable to track international orders or guarantee an arrival time.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is a major concern for Bargain Hunt Experts. You may return a purchased item for any reason with a full product refund less the shipping, handling and PayPal fees with two requirements.
1. If you decide you want to return the item, please send an email to [email protected] within three days of delivery explaining your intention to return the product.
2. You need to return the item within 7 days of receiving it.
*If a product is returned without contacting us in advance, I am unable to guarantee returned payment.
*If the item shows signs of damage or wear that were not present when shipped, I am unable to guarantee returned payment for this either.
*Please get your questions answered prior to ordering so you will be pleased with your purchase. I want you to be a satisfied customer, but I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items sent through the mail.
GIVING FEEDBACK
You will potentially be given two opportunities for feedback. First, after placing your order on eCrater, you will get a feedback link. If you fail to respond to the link after 20 days, eCrater will send you another reminder link, giving you your second opportunity to leave feedback for the seller.
